Skills Bootcamp Overview
About the course
Winnovation Training in partnership with skills for care has designed this bootcamp to up-skill new and aspiring managers and specialist staff, enabling them to access new roles, take on more responsibilities and to fill vacancies of managers leaving the industry.
The delivery model includes 10 weeks of 1 day training at 4 hours per day based around the subject. Most sessions will be face to face. However, there is scope for dial in teams sessions.
Bootcamps on offer
Within all three bootcamps Winnovation are offering free Oliver McGowan T2 face to face training which
as a stand-alone unit cost is £995.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be aged 19+
- Must be a resident in Northeast
- Must have a good level of English
- For learners who have not resided in the UK for 3+ years a check of residency status will be completed
- Must be eligible to work
- Employer co-investment contribution
(10% SME – Less than 250 employees or 30% SME – 250+ employees)
